All presenting authors (oral and poster) will be required to register for the Congress to ensure their abstract(s) is included in the final program. Congress registrations are available now.
You need to have registered no later than 26 July 2026 to have your details in the Congress App and your abstract included in Congress proceedings. Otherwise, we regret that your presentation will be removed from the program.
If you decide to withdraw your abstract, please advise us as soon as possible so that the program can be adjusted accordingly.
Your oral presentation is comprised of a presentation followed by questions and answers. Please refer to your confirmation email for the location and time of your presentation. Each presentation will be 12 minutes long – it will consist of a 10-minute presentation followed by a 2-minute Q+A.

Please save your slide setup in 16:9 ratio (widescreen) to fit the projection being used.
A Speaker Preparation Room is available to work on any changes to your presentation. It will be located on Level 1 and will be available at the following times:
If you have already uploaded your talk and need to make changes on the day, please visit the Speaker Preparation Room at least 2-hours before your presentation to make the changes
Each session room is equipped with standard presentation technology, and you will have the choice of a lectern microphone or handheld microphone. The venue is also set up for Mac users. Please take the time to visit your session room at least 30-minutes before the session starts.
Posters are accepted as either a Poster Session Presentation or a Physical Poster. Poster Session Presentations require both a printed poster and a digital presentation (detailed below), while Physical Posters require only a printed poster for display, with no presentation.
These will take place inside one of the meeting rooms. You have been selected to present your poster as a digital presentation with a maximum of 4 PowerPoint slides. Abstract content should include intro, aims, method, results & conclusion. You must also display a hard-copy poster on a poster board located in the exhibition hall.
If you were accepted for a physical poster presentation only, please see the printed poster guidelines below. Your poster will be on display in the Exhibition Hall for the duration of the Congress.
The poster should be self-explanatory, so that you are free to supplement and discuss particular points raised by viewers. Remember that your material/illustrations will be viewed from distances of one metre or more. Lettering should be as large as possible and preferably in bold type.
Posters will be on display in the Exhibition Hall from 0900hrs, Wednesday 19th August to 1800hrs, Friday 21st August.
